HTML Document Conversion and Formatting

This document will take you through the steps involved in converting existing material into the HTML format.

This is much more than a simple listing of conversion programs...Adding the HTML tags is only half the job. Developing coherent documents and structured reports that customers and collegues will find useful is the main theme of this paper.

There are many considerations to take into account, including: Organization, the role of Graphics, Speed, Continuity, and Linkage. Using real world experience combined with common sense and cognative psychology, I believe I've touched on and explained most of the major issues.
