Areas of Advanced Research - Integrated Electronics and Electronics Manufacturing

Major directions are digital electronics, circuit theory, and computer-aided design. Emphasis is placed on interface circuitry in fields including plasma diagnostics, computer hardware, communication, measurement, and biomedical instrumentation. Some current projects are concerned with adaptive signal processing, phase-locked loops, digital communication, neural networks, robot control, aids for the handicapped, and automated patient care.
