Prospective
authors should submit a cover page and a separate digest not exceeding five double-spaced
pages of their intended submission. The cover page should include the
title, author names and complete mailing addresses, telephone and fax number,
e-mail addresses of the corresponding author, and a 100-word abstract. The
digest should not identify any author. Tutorial submissions should include a
cover page and a detailed outline of the proposed content. All submissions must
be sent as electronic mail attachments, in PDF format, to compel06@ecse.rpi.edu.
We are also
accepting proposals for half-day tutorials to be presented on Sunday, July 16.
