Instructions for Preparation and Submission of Final Paper
– Final papers are due by July 15, 2006
– All papers must be submitted in pdf format, as attachment by an email to compel06@ecse.rpi.edu
– Papers must be prepared in accordance with the template, on a Letter Size paper (not A4 or any other size)
– The pdf file must be checked for compliance with IEEE eXpress requirement before submitting
– An IEEE copyright form must be signed and returned (submitted electronically or handle to the committee at the workshop)
