The School of Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor with tenure in the Department of Electrical, Computer and Systems Engineering (ECSE).  The School is undertaking a bold faculty expansion initiative seeking to add faculty in research clusters linked to areas of strategic priority including Energy Systems, Infrastructure, Materials and Manufacturing, and Bio-Engineering.  Within this initiative, the ECSE Department is seeking outstanding faculty candidates in the areas of Energy Systems, Cyber-Physical Systems, Control Systems Engineering, Robotics, and Bioimaging.  Candidates should demonstrate research and teaching capability in fundamental engineering disciplines as well as interest and experience in relevant areas of application.
