AIMS AND SCOPE
Launched in 1990, the International Journal of High Speed Electronics and Systems (IJHSES) is now in its ninth year of publication. This journal will serve well graduate students and those in R&D, managerial and marketing positions by giving state-of-the-art data, and the latest research trends. Its main charter is to promote engineering education by advancing interdisciplinary science between electronics and systems and to explore high speed technology in photonics and electronics.

IJHSES, a quarterly journal, continues to feature a broad coverage of topics relating to high speed or high performance devices, circuits and systems. Papers published will cover:

  • New milestones in research and development
  • New materials, device structures, processing technologies, circuit and system architectures that lead to speed and performance
  • In-depth analyses or critical evaluation of pertinent topics in the field
  • Tutorial, review papers and technical reports

GUIDELINES FOR CONTRIBUTORS
The International Journal of High Speed Electronics and Systems (IJHSES) publishes Special Issues in broad areas of high speed electronic and optoelectronic devices, circuits, and systems.

Each special issue is edited by a Guest Editor (or Guest Editors) and is also published as a book by World Scientific Publishing Company (WSPC) as a part of the book series "Selected Topics in Electronics and Systems." The 2 to 3 page proposals for special issues should be submitted to one of the co-Editors-in-Chief (with copies sent to the Editor-in-Chief and to the Technical Editor). These proposals should include:

(a)

Name(s) and affiliation(s) of Guest Editor(s)

(b)

Brief vita of Guest Editor(s) (IEEE style)

(c)

Title of the special issue (book)

(d)

Estimated number of pages

(e)

Estimated date of completion

(f)

Table of contents

(g)

Brief description and justification

The proposals will be reviewed and accepted or rejected within two months from the date of receipt.
