I am currently advising students from the class of 2013. My office hours in SPRING 2011 are: Monday, Wednesday 4-5pm.

Scheduled Meetings
General meeting
Date: Tuesday 3/22/2011
Time: 4-5pm
Room: JEC 4104
All advisees are invited to come to this meeting. There will be an attendance
list. If you attend this meeting, I will check you SAM box on SIS, and you don’t
need to have individual meeting with me.
In the general meeting, I will distribute some information re: your study and
the major requirements. There will also be a Q&A session.
Individual meetings
I have allocated a number of time slots for individual
meetings. They will be on:
Wednesday 3/23,
Thursday 3/24,
Tuesday 3/29,
Anybody who wants to have individual discussion with me is welcome to sign up (including those who attended the general meeting). If you choose to have an individual meeting, please make sure that you fill out and bring the template documents with you. The templates can be found here.
The time-slots are organized per 15
minutes at my office (JEC 6044). If you think you are going to need more than
15 minutes, you can sign up for more slots. However, please be on-time. If you
sign-up for and attend an individual meeting, I will check your SAM box.
