1. Wadsworth_data_03_03 for Microtubule Segmentation

Source: this database is obtained from Wadsworth Center, NYS
Department of Health.

Purpose: this database is used for automatic segmentation of
microtubules from their tomographic reconstructions.

It consists of data sets of
microtubules and the associated plus-ends.
2. Wadsworth Data For Membrane Segmentation

Department of Health.

Purpose: this database is used to evaluate the segmentation
algorithms.

Caenorhabditis Elegans Images

Purpose: this database is used to evaluate the image
segmentation algorithms for Caenorhabditis elegans (C-elegans) UNC-59 and
UNC-61, the nematode worms used in biology for investigation of neural system
functions.

It consists of 12 video
sequences of C-elegans images of UNC-59 and UNC-61.
o Without groundtruth data.
