I received my Ph.D in June, 2015 from Department of Electrical, Computer, & Systems Engineering, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). In 2010, I earned my bachelor's degree in EE from Tsinghua University, where I spent the first year in the department of Mathematics and the next three years in the department of Automation. Then I came to the States, working with Prof. Qiang Ji in his Intelligent Systems Lab. My research interests include Machine Learning, Probabilistic Graphical Models, Computer Vision and Brain Computer Interface.
