Spectrum analyzer (3GHz), Agilent E4407B spectrum analyzer (26.5GHz), Agilent
E5062A network analyzer (3GHz), Agilent 8654A Signal generator (520MHz), Agilent 33120 Arbitrary wave form generator, noise
sources, power sensors, power meter (Agilent
E4419B), various power supplies and Agilent 8510B
(40GHz) network analyzer as well as a newly purchased Agilent
8257D (20GHz) CW signal generator. Some of these equipments were donated by Agilent following a successful proposal to enhance RF
circuits’ activities at RPI. ·
RF-1 CASCADE Probe station (GSG, SGS, GSGSG)
probes operate up to 40GHz. ·
We are planning on purchasing E4438C vector signal generator and E5052A
signal source analyzer Software ·
