Recently, I just joined GE Global Research as a research scientist. I got my Ph.D degree in the Department of Electrical,Computer and Systems Engineering at Rensselear Polytechnic Institute. I got my Bachelor (2004) and Master degree (2006) both from University of Science and Technology of China(USTC).

In RPI, I worked with Prof.Qiang Ji in Intelligent System Lab. My research interests include computer vision, pattern recognition, machine learning and their applications in  human compute interaction (HCI), e.g. gaze tracking, facial feature tracking, facial expression recognition, upper-body tracking, etc.

·       Feb. 2011, we have one paper accepted at CVPR 2011.  

·       Dec. 2010, we have two papers accepted at IEEE Conference on Automatic Face and Gesture Recognition (FG 2011). 

·       Dec. 2010, I defended my thesis “Automatic Human Behavior Tracking and Analysis”
